What are you favourite stretches for certain parts of your body.
For my legs i.e. splits I love partner PNF stretches where the partner pushes and you resist and then relax. You get such a good deep stretch.

04/17I love to walk down a wall backward to work on back bends. If you try to make a right angle, with your arms and legs straight, it can stretch very specific parts of your back.
